In September 2025, I took over IZAKAYA ATE from the previous owner, Yuri.

While preserving the great traditions established during Yuri’s time,
I aim to bring together my 35+ years of experience in Japan as a sushi chef and ramen chef to elevate IZAKAYA ATE even further.
Through this, I hope to offer more authentic and amazing Japanese cuisine that people in Australia can truly enjoy.

We will do our very best to become a restaurant where you can experience authentic Japan while being in Australia!
